Women’s Health and Safety Awareness Workshop at Dhuri
In September 2024, Dhuri organized a Women’s Health and Safety Awareness Workshop dedicated to promoting physical well-being, hygiene, and personal safety among women in the community. The workshop aimed to empower participants with essential health knowledge and practical safety tips for everyday life.
The session included awareness discussions on menstrual health and hygiene, where women learned about maintaining cleanliness and wellness during menstrual cycles. It also featured interactive talks on personal safety and confidence building, helping participants understand how to handle unsafe situations and boost self-assurance.
Another key highlight was the peer-sharing circle, which encouraged open dialogue and mutual support among women. These discussions helped participants feel heard, connected, and supported within their community.
Through this initiative, Dhuri successfully enhanced women’s health literacy, empowered them with self-care knowledge, and fostered a sense of solidarity—strengthening both individual and collective well-being.
महिलाओं के स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा जागरूकता कार्यशाला – धुरी
सितंबर 2024 में, धुरी ने महिलाओं के स्वास्थ्य, स्वच्छता और सुरक्षा पर केंद्रित एक जागरूकता कार्यशाला आयोजित की। इस कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य महिलाओं को दैनिक जीवन में आवश्यक स्वास्थ्य जानकारी और सुरक्षा उपायों के प्रति जागरूक बनाना था।
कार्यक्रम में मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता और स्वास्थ्य पर जागरूकता सत्र आयोजित किए गए, जिनमें महिलाओं को स्वच्छता बनाए रखने और स्वस्थ जीवनशैली अपनाने के तरीके बताए गए। इसके साथ ही व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा और आत्मविश्वास बढ़ाने पर चर्चाएँ की गईं, ताकि महिलाएं असुरक्षित परिस्थितियों से निपटने और आत्मविश्वास के साथ जीवन जीने के लिए सक्षम बन सकें।
कार्यशाला की एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल थी साझा संवाद सत्र, जिसमें महिलाओं ने खुले रूप से अपने अनुभव साझा किए और एक-दूसरे को सहयोग और प्रेरणा दी।
